Chances Cowichan in Sahtlam, British Columbia is a community gaming centre operated as a non-profit partnership between Duncan Dabber Bingo Society, Cowichan Tribes, and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. The facility features 165 slot machines and a 250-seat bingo hall alongside lottery services. Since opening in 2007, the venue has returned proceeds to 61 local charities and non-profit organizations throughout the Cowichan Valley, combining recreational gaming with community-directed philanthropy.
