Caesars Virginia is a newly constructed, $650 million destination resort casino that opened December 17, 2024, in Danville, Virginia. Developed in partnership between Caesars Entertainment and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, the property occupies the site of the former Dan River Mills finishing plant. The resort features 320 hotel rooms, over 100,000 square feet of gaming space with 1,500 slot machines and multiple gaming tables, a full sports book, and comprehensive amenities including 12 restaurants and bars, full-service spa, pool, and fitness center. The modern Schoolfield Mill district location makes it a significant gaming and hospitality destination in the region.
